The entire crowd watched in stunned confusion.
“What the hell is happening!”
“Weren’t they supposed to chop up Ling Qiu? ...Why is Skeleton Brother bringing people over... What’s going on here? Are they kneeling as a group?!”
“Who in the world is Ling Qiu... to make one of the Four Kings of Night Market Street, Skeleton Brother himself, kneel and bow before him?!”
Everyone was so terrified, they dared not speak aloud.
They could hardly imagine that Ling Qiu, once a fool and loser in school, could have such a ferocious side!
What is Ling Qiu’s true background?!
As the crowd reeled in shock, Ling Qiu stepped forward, casting a cold glance at Zhu Yiqun. “Did you call these people?”
At those words, Zhu Yiqun’s face turned deathly pale. He scrambled to kneel, banging his head in panic. “Master Qiu! Master Qiu! It was me... I didn’t recognize greatness when I saw it! Please, spare me!”
Ling Qiu turned to Skeleton. “What did you originally plan to do when you came?”
Skeleton answered honestly, “Break your legs!”
“Hm.”
Ling Qiu nodded indifferently. “Do you need me to teach you what comes next?”
Skeleton instantly understood and nodded rapidly. “No need, no need! I get it! —Everyone, get a car and take Master Qiu home to rest!”
A group hurried to stand up.
“I gave you permission to stand?”
At that, Skeleton Brother and his men trembled, falling back to their knees with a thud. “Forgive us, Master Qiu! Forgive us!”
Ling Qiu ignored the rabble, turned, mounted his bicycle, and left with Shen Meng.
“Respectfully sending off Master Qiu!” Skeleton Brother shouted, leading his men in kneeling behind Ling Qiu, calling out with reverence.
After Ling Qiu departed, Skeleton Brother stood up and viciously kicked Zhu Yiqun onto the ground.
“Ow, ow!” Zhu Yiqun howled in agony.
Skeleton Brother snarled, “Damn it, how could I have raised such a useless dog like you? Are your eyes in the wrong place?! Stretch his legs out! I want to hear a good crack!”
Bang!
“Aaaaah!!!—” Zhu Yiqun’s miserable screams echoed sky-high.
The surrounding students shivered, faces pale, cold sweat pouring!
Ling Qiu... is terrifying!
With a single sentence... the famous Skeleton Brother transformed into a dog, obeying every command!
Heavens!
From now on, who would dare provoke Ling Qiu?

...
That night, news of Skeleton Brother and his men kneeling and begging Ling Qiu for mercy spread through the campus like wildfire.
Everyone was in a frenzy!
Naturally, the story reached the ears of the Disciplinary Director, Song Ningsnow.
Song Ningsnow, known as the Ice Beauty, was in her twenties, returned from overseas with a doctorate, and had become the youngest Disciplinary Director in the history of San Gao.
Her looks and figure were both exceptional, intelligent and rational, with clear thinking, born into a cultured family... Although her family background wasn’t particularly dazzling, the queue of wealthy young men pursuing her in Jiang’an City stretched all the way to the train station, rivaling the suitors of the city’s richest heiresses.
Late at night, Song Ningsnow emerged from the bathroom, wrapped in a towel, her radiant beauty and flawless skin exposed to the steamy air. Her cool, intellectual face glowed with a seductive blush.
She answered a call, spoke for two minutes, and hung up.
Resting her delicate hand on her chin, Song Ningsnow mused to herself, “Ling Qiu? ...This student actually has such deep connections with street gangsters?”
With her doctorate in education from abroad, Song Ningsnow saw this as an intriguing challenge.
She swung her slender, pale legs elegantly to the sofa, sat down, and sipped a glass of red wine, smiling with quiet confidence. “There is no problem student in this world that I, Song Ningsnow, cannot handle.”
...
The next morning.
Ling Qiu arrived at class.
He noticed that everyone’s gaze toward him had clearly changed.
Only Shen Meng still looked at him with the same obedient, slightly shy, innocent eyes.
“Ling Qiu, you finally made it.”
After he sat down, Shen Meng whispered softly.
Ling Qiu replied, “Yes, what is it?”
“Well... the homeroom teacher said... when you arrived, you should go to the Disciplinary Director’s office...”
“Oh.”
Ling Qiu nodded and stood up.
“Ah... wait a moment...”
“What is it?”
Shen Meng said anxiously, “Ling Qiu, please... don’t anger the Disciplinary Director... I heard from the others that she has deep connections with the Jiang’an City Education Bureau. If you upset her, maybe no school in Jiang’an would dare admit you again...”
“Alright, I understand.”
Ling Qiu smiled gently, patting Shen Meng’s head, a gesture of affection.
Shen Meng’s face flushed as she watched Ling Qiu’s departing figure, feeling the burning gaze and whispers of classmates around her. Her ears burned, and her heart fluttered.
...
Disciplinary Director’s Office.
Ling Qiu knocked on the door.

“Who is it?”
A cold, melodious female voice sounded from within.
“Ling Qiu.”
“...Come in.”
Click.
He pushed the door open.
Inside was a professional woman dressed in business attire.
Her beauty was striking, her figure not yet fully revealed behind the desk.
This must be Song Ningsnow.
She wore silver-rimmed glasses, had a delicate oval face, willow brows, phoenix eyes with a hint of red in her makeup, blending maturity with fashion. Her skin was fair and flawless. One hand held a pen, the other gently sorted documents. Her calm gaze as she looked up at Ling Qiu was icy yet breathtakingly beautiful.
Any man seeing such a stunning woman would probably swallow hard.
But Ling Qiu merely glanced indifferently, then walked forward with his hands in his pockets.
“So, what do you want?”
Before Song Ningsnow could assert herself, Ling Qiu cut straight to the point, his tone cool.
“Hm?”
Song Ningsnow wondered if she’d misheard. She set down her pen and looked directly at Ling Qiu.
This student’s eyes... why did they lack any trace of a typical seventeen or eighteen-year-old?
Was it because he mixed with gangsters?
“Ling Qiu, I don’t need to tell you why you’re here. You should already know.”
Song Ningsnow put on her authoritative air, dignified and stern, her voice cold.
Ling Qiu replied impatiently, “I don’t like people playing games with me. If there’s something, just say it.”
“Hmm...?”
Song Ningsnow was momentarily speechless!
This... this student was bold!
She’d dealt with at least a hundred troublesome students before—gangsters, rich heirs, countless others—every one of them bowed instantly upon seeing her.
But this guy’s head was hard as iron, probably a stubborn fool!
Seeing Song Ningsnow silent for a while, Ling Qiu grew annoyed and turned to leave. “Don’t bother me again if there’s nothing important.”
“Stop right there!!”
Song Ningsnow finally lost her composure, standing up with a sharp voice.
