Jiang Wanyi suddenly understood and laughed at her own silliness.
“I was a bit stubborn just now...”
She composed herself, looked down at her chest, and found the spot Chen Yuan had mentioned.
“Is it here?”
“Yes, that spot is the Rugen acupoint. Press it a few more times.”
“I’ll give it a try...”
“Next is the Tanzhong point, right here.” Chen Yuan pointed to the center of his chest.
Jiang Wanyi imitated him. “Is it here?”
“No, a bit higher...”
“Here?”
“Lower...”
“Here?”
“The midpoint between those two points—that’s the Tanzhong point. Try to find it.”
Midpoint between two points?
Which two points?
Jiang Wanyi was slow to catch on, looked down at her chest again, and immediately understood, chuckling to herself.
What kind of metaphor was this? But indeed, it was very simple and clear.
After finding the spot, she pressed a few more times.
“Next is the Qimen point...”
Under Chen Yuan’s guidance, Jiang Wanyi quickly located it.
“There are also Zusanli and Bingjian points, which you need to press together.”
These two points, one on the leg and one on the shoulder, didn’t involve any privacy, so Chen Yuan directly pointed them out on her body.
“Will pressing these points actually work?”
“It can have some effect, but you also need to combine special massage techniques. I’ll teach you gradually. Try it yourself; it should help.”
“Okay.”
Just then, Xiaomi suddenly started crying.
“She’s probably hungry,” Chen Yuan said.
Jiang Wanyi went over, picked the child up, and returned to the bedroom.
Chen Yuan went to the kitchen and found the formula, a foreign brand, stage two—no problem there.
He prepared about 150 milliliters of formula to use shortly.
“So soon already?”
Just after finishing preparing the formula, Jiang Wanyi came out holding the child, causing Chen Yuan to stare in surprise.
“No more?”

“No more...”
With the gender switch, she was a bit nervous this time, but next time would be better...
“Here, take this.”
“Thanks.”
She took the bottle and fed the child. Jiang Wanyi was quite skilled at this.
“You seem experienced. How’s the formula I bought?”
“It’s different now from before. As long as it’s from a big brand, the formula’s fine. No need to buy the expensive ones,” Chen Yuan said.
“Normally, formula costs are similar no matter the brand. Spending more is just a waste of money. Choose one priced between 200 and 400 yuan. If there’s lactose intolerance, go for special types, which cost more, but Xiaomi probably doesn’t have that.”
“Mines over 300 a can, so I guess I didn’t waste money,” Jiang Wanyi smiled.
After feeding, Chen Yuan taught Jiang Wanyi how to burp the baby.
The on-the-spot lesson went well, though Jiang Wanyi’s body was stiff and she looked nervous.
“Don’t stiffen up. Be natural, or the baby won’t be comfortable either.”
“My hands and feet feel a bit uncoordinated.”
“I can tell. Keep trying a few more times and get the feel.”
“Okay.”
After a few minutes, she was almost done. Xiaomi reached out her hand, wanting Chen Yuan to hold her.
“Mommy’s holding you...”
Jiang Wanyi said softly, “Uncle is tired and can’t hold you now.”
But children don’t understand these things. Chen Yuan’s warmth made the baby want to be held by him.
“It’s okay, I’ll hold her.”
Chen Yuan took the baby into his arms and patted a few more times.
Watching him, Jiang Wanyi gained a new appreciation for talent.
Being good at school isn't the only kind of talent; he just did some part-time housekeeping and could do this so well—that was a kind of gift too.
Looking outside, the sun was starting to set faintly.
Jiang Wanyi hurriedly took out her phone and ordered some food delivery.
She hadn’t let the baby eat lunch properly, so dinner absolutely couldn’t be missed.
After a while, Chen Yuan put the baby in the stroller and slowly pushed her around.
But his mind was on the task at hand.
The task was for Jiang Wanyi to feed the baby fully by herself without relying on formula, but she was too weak for that. The method he just taught might not be very effective alone.
How to complete this task...
Meanwhile, Jiang Wanyi was thinking along similar lines.
He himself said he knew how to stimulate milk production.
And his childcare skills were so good; his ability in this area probably wasn’t lacking either.
But he was a man...

That made things complicated...
Holding her phone, Jiang Wanyi searched online for related information.
“Has anyone ever used a male lactation consultant?”
Many related posts appeared; some bloggers introduced the concept of male lactation consultants.
Not only was there no negativity, but they even said men might have advantages over women in this role.
The comment section included testimonials from mothers, confirming this viewpoint, some even sharing personal experiences.
Of course, someone mentioned the embarrassment factor, and the responses were straightforward—just treat him like a male doctor.
But there was also a friendly reminder that this industry isn’t very regulated, so if you choose a male consultant, you must find one through official channels.
After reading this, Jiang Wanyi felt a little swayed.
It seemed many had used male consultants; she just hadn’t known.
Looking up at the young man before her, she wasn’t sure about everything else, but at least he seemed reliable.
Not long after, the food she ordered arrived.
“Give her something to play with for a while. Let’s eat first.”
Jiang Wanyi invited Chen Yuan to eat, moving efficiently—clearly the domestic type.
After all the fuss, Chen Yuan was a bit hungry.
There were three dishes in total, two meat and one vegetable.
The meat dishes were fragrant, spicy, and numbing; the vegetable was mild.
They put the baby in the stroller and sat at the table.
“I can’t eat the meat dishes. You eat more and pick out the meat.”
During this phase of breastfeeding, anything with strong smells must be avoided, or the baby won’t feed.
At the table, they worked together smoothly, clearly dividing tasks.
Chen Yuan watched the baby; Jiang Wanyi took care of the food and even got drinks for Chen Yuan.
They sat down to eat; Chen Yuan placed the stroller beside him and rested his foot on the lower crossbar, moving the stroller back and forth as if someone was pushing it.
This small gesture showed Jiang Wanyi again how experienced Chen Yuan was.
After hearing the nanny had quit, she had been so worried she couldn’t sleep.
But caring for the baby seemed nothing to Chen Yuan—he handled it with ease.
“Are you on a long break now?” Jiang Wanyi asked.
Chen Yuan nodded in response.
“How are you spending this holiday? Any travel plans?”
“No plans. Just sleeping in the dorm, playing basketball, scrolling on my phone—just those things.”
“If you’re free, come stay with me,” Jiang Wanyi said, sharing her thoughts.
